Please be aware that these are NOT permitted uses of my artwork and will be a breach of my Terms of Service.

Ignorance to the terms and failure to abide by them will also be a breach of my Terms of Service.

I only take commissions through Vgen and Artistree. I will only ever take the payment methods taken by Stripe. Payment is always required upfront, before the commission is started.
Since most of my commissions are "instant-order" commission types, there will be no extra charges or fees after the initial commission payment, as the order form takes account of the fees at the start of your order.

Refunds are granted in very specific circumstances, if I have failed to provide you with a product exceeding the max turnaround time of 2 months, you can request a refund via Vgen. As of right now, with Artistree's limitations, I do not provide refunds for Artistree commissions. I will always communicate if a deadline is requested or if I may exceed a turnaround time for a commission. If you have requested a specific deadline, you can request a refund if I fail to reach that deadline period via Vgen.

  • My standard turnaround time for commissions is ~3 weeks. While this is the case my Vgen commissions will usually say ~2 months out, incase of complications.

  • I can always be contacted through Vgen or Artistree's messaging services. While I use discord periodically, it is not something I will check around the clock. please be aware of this if you're considering inquiring for commission work.

  • for my staple illustrations, I allow unlimited revisions until the lineart period. after that only small alterations can be made.

  • for "surprise-me!" commissions, You will be provided no Work-in-progress updates. you will be sent a final when the commission is ready. small corrections can be made if I missed core details of your character.
